Some of our webinars are integrated with 3rd party services such GoToWebinar, Zoom, etc. In these cases, you should expect to recieve a join link directly from these services (usually) 24 hours prior to the start time. For other types of webinars, the join link should appear in your Registration Confirmation email. You can also resend this email to yourself by visiting your Transcript and clicking the 'Resend Email' button beside any upcoming session you are registered for.

It usually takes 2-4 business days for webinars and live learning sessions to be fully finalized and confirmed. If you have been waiting longer than 4 days, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know which session you are experiencing an issue with.
