How to access Sales SHARC private support/files

The SHARC Energy Support Portal provides exclusive partner-only access to marketing materials, support options and training.


You must have an account and then be granted access by johnlouis.fahie@sharcenergy.com in order to access these private sales support materials.

1. Visit support.sharcenergy.com and click Sign Up 


2. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email "SHARC Support Portal registration confirmation" make sure to click the ACCEPT INVITATION button, then set a password.

3. After successfully completing registration, contact johnlouis.fahie@sharcenergy.com and he will add you to the private Sales SHARC group.

You will be notified by email once access has been granted, then you will be able to see the new Private Knowledgebases (Sales SHARCs, SHARC Support) on support.sharcenergy.com
